December Picks

Starting now, once a month I will be sharing my top five monthly "picks"! I'm super excited for this. The internet is so accessible to us nowadays - I have realized that a huge portion of the products I buy, wear, or use are under the recommendation of online bloggers, youTubers, Facebook friends, etc! My picks will not have a theme, other than that they are the Top Five things that I have gotten the most use out of or was super glad I picked up! Weirdly enough, all of the December picks I have chosen have a beauty-guru element to them, but I assure you that's just coincidence!

So without further ado, here are my DECEMBER PICKS!

1. Bare Minerals Powder Foundation
(Sephora)

If you follow me regularly, you know that for the most part I H8 wearing makeup unless I am going for a night out or some kind of event! Especially as of late my skin has been haywire. This powder is super lightweight and doesn't clog your pores.

2. Arbonne Purifying Cleaner/Toner, Daily Moisturizer
(Arbonne - Network Marketing)

Back to my skin going haywire - I recently decided to give Arbonne a trial run since I am a bit of a network marketing product junkie. So far I'm loving this two step system. It's all natural, which is important to me. Be on the lookout for my full Arbonne review in a few weeks.

3. Victoria's Secret Bombshell Pink Diamond Body Mist
(VS)

I absolutely LOVE fragrances especially by VS! I'm not a huge perfume wearer, as it gives me gnarly headaches. I'd rather opt for a light body mist or a scented moisturizer. Anything from the Bombshell line is my favourite! Plus, Bombshell Diamonds? This is practically endorsed by my team on Team Beachbody :)

4. Moroccan Oil Smooth Shampoo
L'Atitudes, Trade Secrets, Any hair salon)

I unfortunately have been blessed with very thick and course hair, so unfortunately most of the hair products I endorse for you will be higher end. Especially with shampoos, deep conditioners and any kind of masque, I will definitely spend anywhere between 10 and 30 dollars on them, so if you're more of a drugstore hair product gal, I'll look for things I like for ya. This shampoo is my favourite because its sulfate free (I use NOTHING with sulfate, it dries my hair out like mad), colour safe (I've had my hair ombre'd for two years) and it smells SO GOOD, even after a few days!

5. Catwalk HAUTE Iron Spray by TIGI
(L'Atitudes, Trade Secrets, Any hair salon)

Okay. Best for last. For a couple years now I have been looking for a heat spray that smells POTENT and delicious. Like I said in number 4, my hair is coarse and thick, so normally when I flat iron it, I literally have to ventilate the room like mad, it smells SO bad like burning hair. I was looking everywhere for a product that actually WORKS and retains a good smell even after flat ironing. This is literally my soul mate product! It has a delicious black cherry smell and duplicates as a heat protect ion AND shine spray!! Is there anything better!?
