I'm sure you've heard this before, but if there's anything I want you to take away from this fitspiration page it's this - if you aren't getting the results you are looking for, or if they are taking forever to notice, theres a HUGE chance that it could be about what you're putting in your mouth!
The key to results are 80 % eating clean and 20% exercise. Maybe someone has told you that in the past. Maybe you've heard the expression "abs are made in the kitchen," or "you can't out-exercise a bad diet!" Either way, let my story be a testament to these small proverbs - THEY ARE ALL true. I know, it sucks! Because burgers and fries and pizza and all that stuff is SO tempting! And you don't have to CUT THAT OUT COMPLETELY. I myself still eat out and cheat once a week! But I guarantee, if you start eating clean, you WILL see results. If you eat clean ANd train mean, FORGET ABOUT IT! Hey fat, PREPARE TO DIE!
